2. Booking & Payments

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. The payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. We accept payments through multiple payment gateways, bank transfers, and other approved methods, all of which operate under Outlive FXnet Pvt. Ltd.
4. Once a booking is confirmed, any modifications, cancellations, or refund requests must comply with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation Requests:

1. Guests may cancel bookings according to the terms outlined at the time of reservation.
2. Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule bookings without liability.
